Coffee Culture: Los Angeles
Coffee Culture is an award-winning docuseries that follows the journey of Juliana Zeledon, owner of Costa Rican coffee producer Down to Earth, as she explores the cultural landscape of L.A.’s rich coffee scene.




Season One
In the first episode, through engaging conversations with Jon Alain Guzik, Juliana learns about the history of coffee in Los Angeles, the trends that have shaped the local coffee scene, and the evolving coffee culture that has made LA a hub for coffee lovers. In the second episode, Juliana visits Cognoscenti Coffee owner, Yeekai Lim, to get the inside scoop of what it takes to run a coffee shop in Los Angeles. In the third episode, Juliana visits Hooked Venice owner, Nicely, to get the inside scoop of what it takes to run a specialty coffee shop in Los Angeles. In the final episode of Season One, Juliana meets with Santa Monica-based latte artist Lena "Lenitas" Enriquez to learn about elevating lattes through flavor and design.

Coffee Culture Live Event
To celebrate season one of Coffee Culture Los Angeles we invited all guests to the Stage3 MediaWorks Studios to have a live discussion on all things Coffee Culture! Other activities include workshops on latte design with Latte Art World Champion Nicely and Latte Artist Lena Enriquez, espresso and roasting with Amy Krauser and Yeekai Lim of Cognoscenti Coffee. Also ARRVO Coffee and LA Pizzeria Co. were on hand to keep attendees fully charged!
