TOYOTA: BUILT ON A VISION

Each year, Toyota brings its dealers to Las Vegas for an extensive two-day conference – and celebration – that provides attendees with news and insights about the brand and where it’s headed. To ensure Toyota has the right content to deliver this message, Stage3 worked in close collaboration with Zach Emahiser, Strategy & Training Manager with Toyota’s Integrated Marketing Operations. For 2022, that meant bringing to life his vision of The Dealership of Today, Tomorrow, and Beyond event space.

PROJECTION-MAPPED IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE

As the centerpiece of the event space, this immersive video experience filled a central hall – over 10,000 square feet – with vivid visuals and 3D graphics that tell Toyota’s brand story, from its humble beginnings to its future of electrified mobility. By making use of over 50 high-fidelity projectors, the entire space – including floors – was precisely mapped to ensure the attendees’ experience was felt as though they’re truly inside the video.
